In the kitchen is where Greg Horton found his calling. But for this 25-year-old that’s not the recipe for success he ever imagined. Greg is a convicted felon and was sentenced to five years in prison for robbery. When he got out he found comfort in food by working at an upscale French restaurant called Edwins in Cleveland, Ohio. The chef, Brandon Chrostowski, makes it his mission to hire convicts like Greg who just want to start over.
